These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at zozautodetailingtint.com (the "Site") and all services provided by Zoz Auto Detailing & Tint, located at 273 Penny Ln NE #209, Rochester, Minnesota ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from us, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or engaging our services in any form — including phone consultations, online bookings, in-person appointments, or written communications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
02 Description of Services
The Company provides automotive detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF) installation, custom vinyl wrap, windshield chip repair, and windshield replacement services from its facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Services are provided by appointment only, subject to availability.
All service descriptions, pricing, package contents, and timelines on the Site are for general informational purposes. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written or electronic estimate provided after vehicle inspection. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit services at any time without prior notice.
03 Booking, Quotes & Estimates
Estimates
Quotes provided by phone, email, or our online form are estimates only and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the vehicle. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified in writing. Vehicles arriving in conditions materially different from the description may require revised pricing communicated before work begins.
Deposits
For services exceeding $1,000, we may require a refundable deposit of up to 25% to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. If you cancel within the cancellation window described below, deposits are fully refunded.
Booking Confirmation
Online booking constitutes a request, not an automatic confirmation. We will confirm appointments by phone or email within one (1) business day. Until you receive confirmation, no appointment is reserved.
04 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and approved digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Square Pay).
For insurance-billed services such as windshield repair or replacement, the Customer is responsible for any deductible, copay, or amounts not covered by their insurance carrier. We will provide all documentation required by the insurer; ultimate responsibility for the claim outcome rests with the Customer and their carrier.
Past-due amounts may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Minnesota law. Customers with unpaid balances may be denied future service until accounts are settled. We reserve the right to assign past-due accounts to a collection agency.
05 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules to allow another customer to book the slot. Cancellations made:
- More than 24 hours in advance: Full deposit refund, no fee
- Less than 24 hours in advance: Up to 50% of deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee
- No-show without notice: Full deposit forfeited; future bookings may require non-refundable deposits
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule at the next available time and refund any deposits if the Customer prefers not to reschedule.
06 Warranties & Workmanship
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of our installed products (ceramic coatings, PPF, premium window film) carry warranties issued and administered directly by the product manufacturer. These warranties are passed through to the Customer at the time of installation. Warranty terms, duration, and exclusions vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation at the time of service.
Workmanship Warranty
The Company provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on installation labor for window tinting, ceramic coating, PPF, and vinyl wraps. This warranty covers defects in installation quality (such as bubbling, lifting, or peeling caused by installation error) for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. The workmanship warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or negligent care
- Damage from automatic brush car washes or abrasive cleaning products
- Pre-existing paint, glass, or surface defects identified at intake
- Normal wear and tear beyond manufacturer warranty period
- Damage from chemical exposure (gasoline, paint thinner, brake fluid, etc.)
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by parties other than the Company
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. Bring the vehicle to our Rochester studio for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected installation at our expense. Approved claims are limited to repair or replacement of the original installation; consequential damages are excluded.
07 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MINNESOTA LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, DIMINISHED VEHICLE VALUE, RENTAL CAR EXPENSES, OR LOST WAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Pre-Existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions on the vehicle, including but not limited to clear coat failure, prior body work, paint thickness inconsistencies, glass defects, electrical issues, or alignment problems. We document the vehicle's condition at intake and will identify any concerns before beginning work.
08 Vehicle Care & Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
- Removing all personal items from the vehicle before service
- Disclosing any pre-existing damage, modifications, or known mechanical issues
- Following all post-service care instructions provided in writing or verbally
- Paying for all approved services rendered
- Picking up vehicles within forty-eight (48) hours of completion notification
Vehicles left at the studio more than seventy-two (72) hours after completion notification may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. Vehicles abandoned for more than thirty (30) days will be handled in accordance with Minnesota's abandoned-vehicle statutes.
Post-Service Care
Many services (ceramic coating, PPF, window tint, paint correction) require specific care during initial cure periods. Failure to follow post-service care instructions may void warranty coverage and is the Customer's sole responsibility. Care instructions are provided at the time of vehicle pickup.
09 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, software, and design, is the property of Zoz Auto Detailing & Tint or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent. The Zoz Auto Detailing & Tint name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Company.
Customer Vehicle Photography
By engaging our services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph and video your vehicle (without identifying the owner or license plate) for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media. You may opt out of vehicle photography by notifying us in writing before service begins.
10 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Informal Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within ten (10) business days and work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Olmsted County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes between you and the Company shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
11 General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of our Site and services.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, pandemic-related restrictions, equipment failures, or labor disputes.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
