Auto Detailing FAQ
What's the difference between the Basic, Ultimate, and Showroom combos?
Basic covers a full hand wash, vacuum, and light interior clean with a 3–4 month paint protectant — great for regular maintenance. Ultimate adds steam cleaning, stain extraction, paint decontamination, and a paint sealant. Showroom includes everything in Ultimate plus a paint rejuvenating machine polish for the deepest level of paint correction and gloss.
Can I book just an interior or just an exterior detail?
Absolutely. Our standalone Interior Detail starts at $139 and our standalone Exterior Detail starts at $125. Pricing varies by vehicle size — sedans, SUVs, trucks, and vans are all priced separately.
What does the Deep Cleaning add-on include?
The +$75 Deep Cleaning upgrade adds shampoo, steam clean, and stain extraction on top of the standard Interior Detail. It's the right choice for pet hair, heavy staining, food spills, or any interior that needs more than a standard vacuum and wipe-down.
How long does each package take?
Standalone Interior or Exterior details typically take 1.5–2.5 hours. Basic combo runs 2–3 hours. Ultimate is 3–5 hours. Showroom is 5–7 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. You can drop off or wait at our Rochester shop.
Will detailing remove scratches?
Standard detailing cleans and protects but does not remove paint defects. The Showroom Combo's machine polish addresses light swirls and oxidation. For deeper scratches you need paint correction — we'll tell you honestly at inspection which you need.
Can I add ceramic coating to a detail?
Yes. A ceramic coating is best applied right after an Ultimate or Showroom detail since the paint is already decontaminated and polished. Bundle pricing applies — ask at booking.
